課程概述 |
-本課程說明近代績效管理及其相關理論，並介紹目前於健康照護機構常使用之績效管理系統，並透過課堂討論實際系統，將所習得之理論用於實務剖析，深化對課程內容瞭解。

本課程旨在令修習者確實瞭解績效管理之真正意涵以及流程，學習不同績效評估方法以及不同績效指標之優缺點，進而掌握實務運用的技術。
The purposes of this course is to enable students to understand the meaning and process of the performance management, to learn the advantages and disadvantages of different evaluation approaches and measuring indices, and further to obtain adequate skills of performance management . | |
